PIA Germany has managed and developed more than 2.000 residential units in Germany, developed mixed use projects focusing on the New Life Cycle, promoted co-living and student housing operations and Mall-to-Mix urban regeneration projects.
Prime Portugal has focused on high-end Office-to-Resi conversions, regeneration projects with a youth focus, co-working and on a large-scale PRS project reshaping the face of Lisbon.
